One of the key tasks of the project is to create self-reliant CBOs in the project area. To create sustainable and self-reliant CBOs, and to ensure their effective participation in the project activities, it is required to implement a community mobilisation program. For this purpose, the project would engage selected international and national NGOs who have gained experience in a similar activities in the project area.
